The Project Coordinator supports project planning, execution, and completion by assisting the project team with scheduling, documentation, communication, and tracking project progress. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The Coordinator will also manage and track the delivery of products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain delivery schedules in PO, timelines, and milestones.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
Serve as a point of contact for team members, clients, and external partners.
Coordinate the delivery of products to clients or sites, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate fulfillment.
Maintain records of product shipments, deliveries, and confirmations.
Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for projects.
Ensure compliance with project management processes and organizational policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
Maintain project files, databases, and records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
Experience in product delivery coordination or logistics is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
