Project Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of complex projects within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project structures, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems to ensure smooth planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in line with organizational objectives. Monitor project progress and prepare accurate reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, project documentation standards, and compliance requirements. Utilize ERP systems to structure projects, track budgets, resources, and milestones. Identify potential risks and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of project structures, workflows, and reporting processes. Practical experience with ERP platforms (Odoo). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the engineering, oil & gas, or construction sectors. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Knowledge of financial tracking, costing, and reporting within ERP systems.
