Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination (Civil Construction):
Assist the Project team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
Help monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Plan and oversee the transportation and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery to sites.
Manage material inventory, receipts, and stock reports.
Optimize delivery schedules to reduce downtime and transportation costs
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or logistics
Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Working knowledge of logistics management systems and inventory control
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment
