Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Project Coordinator

with a strong background in

CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS)

, and ideally prior experience in

Facilities Management

. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing security system projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the execution of projects related to CCTV, ACS, and other low current systems. Work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones. Ensure compliance with ADMCC and SIRA regulations and have hands-on experience in ADMCC documentation for inspections. Maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, site reports, and handover documents. Provide technical support to the facilities department on CCTV and ACS system issues. Arrange team scheduling, coordinate with drivers and the Project Manager for effective team allocation. Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): schedule and record service calls and arrange timely preventive maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any graduate qualification is preferable.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coordinating CCTV and ACS projects in the UAE.

3. Familiarity with security system components, installation, testing, and commissioning.

4. Prior experience working within Facilities Management is highly preferred.

5. Good understanding of UAE security laws and SIRA regulations (Dubai), ADMCC (Abu Dhabi).

6. Proficient in MS Office.

7. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
