Job Description

To Manage a defined project from the Sales Enquiry, definition, preparation, mobilization, installation & commissioning as described in the business Project Management Procedures. Working under the Technical and Project Manager, in conjunction with other key functions -, UAE Operational locations and Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

. Capture all Equipment/Assets documents and prepare Technical Files for review.

. Interact daily with Project team and Operations to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.

. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.

. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team to provide assistance and technical support.

. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

. Enforce health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Qualification & Training:

. Bachelor's degree, HNC/HND in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Industrial or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years' work experience in related field

. Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing experience.

. PMP Certified with at least 3 years of multiple project and people management experience

. Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET)

Experience(s):

. Minimum 3-4 years total working experience in a project management role (with 3+ years managing team / in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas) with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island[1]based work experience

. Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider

. Demonstrate proven experience in organizing your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines.

. Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery

. Competent in reading and understanding Engineering drawings

. Working Knowledge of mechanical & electrical equipment certification requirements for the Oil & Gas sector

. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software

. Working knowledge in employee engagement, personnel training & competency related subject matter

. DNV 2.7-1 knowledge

. ATEX and CE knowledge
