We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information; liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; and ensuring that clients\' needs are met as the project evolves. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met as projects evolve.
Help prepare reports.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
BSc in Business Administration or related field.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
