Responsibilities Focal point of contact for all Manpower Services Division employees for all operational requirements Responsible for all in - country movements by coordinating with customers, internal stake holders, employees, drivers etc. in accordance to the operational requirements. Support in process for new application renew maintain records and track optima cards third party training records, port passes and any other documents related to the customer requirements. Support to maintain the tracker for PPE issuance for each employee and request procurement for the issuance in accordance to the contractual requirements for various contracts. Support to maintain the tracker for site specific medical and request the concerned service providers for appointments in accordance to the expiry of medical Support governance structures for existing contracts. Assists the Division in day-to-day administration and management of the business operational activities Collaborate with related stakeholders as required Develop familiarity with Manpower concepts. practices and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Personal Attributes/ Experience An energetic forward-thinking and proactive individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.Strong communication (English & Hind)/Microsoft Excel/Numeracy Skills and UAE experience essential positive attitude supported by integrity. honesty and hard work
