General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with design teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and incorporated innthe design phase. Facilitate meetings to review design plans, specifications, and project milestones. Monitor and coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Address and resolve issues that may arise during the construction phase. Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR). Make sure that the CONTRACTORs personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-Conformance Report (NCR). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities. Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Close-out Report as submitted by the Contractor. Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by the Contractor and ensure that all site conditions are appropriately addressed. Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: BSc degree in Engineering. At least 12 years or more of experience in Construction Supervision of similar projects. Excellent communication and computer skills. Experience on projects of similar complexity.
