Position Summary
To provide cost effective Project Management support for assigned projects
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the project manager in the planning, control and implementation of assigned project
Assisting with the production and update of project plans
Maintain the project specific risks and issues register
Assisting with the analysis and resolution of technical issues and risks in line with the Project Risk Register
Administer the relevant project database
Assisting with the continuous improvement and application of Project Management techniques
Review and understand project specific contractual terms and conditions
Maintain project control boards
Conduct regular project control meetings
Attend team meetings as required, agenda to be used at meetings and copy of the plans
Attend meetings with Project Manager as required and ensure the following documents are up to date and available for that meeting and produce meeting minutes in agreed timescales:-
o Plans
o Action tracker
o Risks and Issues
o Spend to date
Attending internal and client progress meetings to monitor and review project deliverables
Preparing Weekly Progress updates, Action Plans/Trackers and Monthly Progress Reports
Maintaining regular and effective communications with clients to develop client / contractor
relationships
Conducting regular client satisfaction surveys using feedback systems such as F-PAL
Follow the invoicing process and supporting the Project Administrator in collation and generation of invoices
Supporting Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient financial performance of project
Review and monitor project costs, providing updates to the Project Manager
Assisting with the preparation of bids, tender, proposals, CTRs and supporting documents
Safety
Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.
Promote a strong HSE culture at all times
Ensure that personnel identify with and achieve, the necessary Health and Safety performance
standards associated with the relative risks to personnel and plant in their environment and daily work
Ensure that business and HSE risk implications of integrity issues are clearly identified and assessed for consideration within the Oceaneering Integrity Management Team and communicated to the Client
Other
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Qualifications and Training
Project Management qualification (E)
Degree qualified in an engineering or business related discipline (P)
Experience
Previous experience in oil & gas industry, track record of supporting the management of engineering
projects (P)
Experience in financial control and budgets (P)
Must be familiar with QA/QC systems and procedures, service quality and customer satisfaction (E)
Microsoft Office (E)
Working knowledge of planning software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) (P)
Required Skills and Aptitudes
Ability to guide team(s) in prioritizing workload effectively (E)
Provide leadership, coaching or guidance to others. (E)

Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
