Job Description

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in necessary meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Coordination and Processing all required Construction Documents before and after the construction.
  • Quantifying material details and quantity as needed.
  • Preparation of BOQ.
  • Preparation and Processing of progress reports directly with the client approval.
  • Reporting directly to the Authorized Personnel / Manager.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
