We are looking for PMC/Project Coordinator to be a part of our Project Management team based in Abu Dhabi. Main Purpose of Role: Coordination of all PMC project activities within Penspen Middle East region, support project team for overall PMC staff administration management and interface. The role may also provide secretarial services to one or more individuals. Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Project team
Remain focal point for PMC Staff with their queries
Follow up and timely submission of Timesheet by PMC staff
Coordinate between PMC staff Leave request and PM approval
Initiate for LOA with client and follow up for LOA approval
Submission and follow up of ADNOC ID application of PMC staff
CICPA Pass Follow up
Compliance with quality, safety, and company policies of Penspen
Following of Penspen Compliance policies.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, the role may also be required to get involved in other Project team related projects and activities. Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
Degree educated or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry with middle east region experience
Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.
Used to working under pressure and to tight, multiple deadlines.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing written information and to communicate in a professional manner and in a pressurised environment.
Strong relationship and communication skills.
Reliable and responsible with highly organised and efficient administrative skills.
Client focused, resilient and self-motivated.
Strong background in the use of Word, Excel and PDF to prepare professional documents..
