Responsibilities

+ Exercises responsibility over Project Control areas of the program including graphs, analytical review, and cost reporting.

+ Ensures that all financial reporting activities for the Programs are thoroughly and timely prepared, reviewed and that all reports are compliant with appropriate financial standards and company requirements.

+ Assists Senior Management in the development of strategic business plans and forecasts; estimates to complete forecasts and corresponding Estimates at complete, monitors actual vs. budget/forecast ensuring financial statements provide a realistic view of the programs financial position.

+ Interfaces with internal and external auditors.

+ Oversee, supervise, and assist in training the staff in all areas of Project Controls and EVMS.

+ Develop and monitor key project metrics and perform quality control reviews.

+ Responsible for monthly Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting in accordance with standard formats.

+ Track, monitor, forecast, and report the progress of DPW Projects on a regular basis from notice to proceed thru to completion.

+ Provide analytical data support to the Control Account Manager for the Materials, Equipment, and Other Direct Cost Budget.

+ Ensures the timely and accurate completion of deliverables to include bi-weekly CVR submittals, IPMR CDRL submission, Limitations of Funds, LOF, notifications, and monthly/quarterly CFSR CDRL submission.

+ Performs other financial-related duties to include consulting with senior management and other functional managers regarding financial-related activities; develop and implement financial controls; conduct financial reviews of program areas; prepare and analyze various financial reports; develop and monitor performance metrics for financial management, and other duties, as required.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

+ Five (5) or more years of experience in all areas of accounting finance including Financial Analysis or Project Controls. Experience in operations with multiple locations is preferred.
