- Tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with the approved budget to keep cost-saving strategies.
- Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules. PCOs help keep the project on track by addressing scheduling issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports. Ensuring that documents are organized and readily accessible.
- Preparing regular project performance reports for stakeholders, which include cost, schedule, and progress data. Analyzing this information to provide insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Assisting in the allocation of resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure they align with project requirements and schedules.
