Job duties and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising teams of cost engineers, planners, document controllers and project administrators in oil and gas projects. \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable and understanding of project management, project planning, progress measurement and reporting, contract administration, document control, business support, time and cost estimating and cost control principles. \xc2\xb7 Capable of supervising cost engineers, planners, document controllers and project administrators. \xc2\xb7 Provides overall project cost and schedule direction through the application of systems and methods for project change management, estimate development cost control, progress measurement and schedule. \xc2\xb7 Capable of ensuring that the project provides input to monthly dashboards. \xc2\xb7 Capable of preparing benefits map and benefits realization for the project. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing, validating, and consolidating project monthly dashboards and reports, and raising any issues and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Capable of issuing project dashboards and reports to concerned internal and external stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 12 years of experience working as a Project Control Manager within the Oil and Gas industry with EPC/ADNOC project experience is a must. \xc2\xb7 Preferably candidates with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
