Project Controller
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Controller to join our Finance team in Dubai. This role will act as a key financial business partner to project managers and senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Driving profitability and performance analysis across projects
Managing cash flow, revenue recognition, and collections
Identifying and mitigating financial risks while capitalizing on opportunities
Collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights
Candidate profile:
5-7 years of finance or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in project controlling
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Advanced Excel and ERP expertise (Dynamics 365 preferred; Power BI an advantage)
Solid knowledge of project accounting, including IFRS 15
