Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement, Establish, and Coordinate Project Control Systems within the Organization, including SOPs, Budget Control Systems. Capacity to lead a team of Project Controls Engineers and Planning Engineers, supporting the discipline elements of EPC Planning, Scheduling, Contracts Administration & Cost Related activities; Periodic detailed analysis of P and L, Cash flow; Regular review and monitoring of budgets/Plans vs actuals and proactively highlight potential issues in advance for timely course corrections; Preparing Control and Operational Budgets for newly awarded projects; Close monitoring of the Cost and Revenue of the Projects; Prepared Cash Flow for the running projects & monitored the forecast cash flows
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related areas; At least 10 years of experience in the field; and A PMP certificate is an advantage.
