Tabeer Developments is seeking a
Project Consultant
with a strong background in real estate or construction to support and guide project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be aCivil Engineer
with hands-on experience in coordinating with project managers, consultants, and contractors, while ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to support smooth execution Represent Tabeer Developments in project meetings and technical discussions Monitor project milestones and provide advice on timelines, budgeting, and deliverables Ensure all activities align with approved designs, regulations, and quality standards Identify potential challenges and offer practical, timely solutions Submit progress evaluations and technical reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate sector Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in project tracking tools and technical reporting.
