Job Description
Job Information:
Preparation and presentation of reports of income, costs and expenses of construction projects. Reconciliation of accounting records vs. budgets. Preparation and presentation of financial reports, reports, projects, prepare financial projections, KPIs, budget, and comparisons, related topics. Creation of monthly and periodic reports. Preparation of budgets or projections. Budget analysis and execution of construction works. Analysis of the actual values vs. the projected ones, review and explanation of their deviations. Reconcile accounting records related to construction projects vs budgets.
Job Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in construction project accounting (verifiable and exclusive) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degrees in accounting or CPA. Basic English Microsoft office domain (Word, Excel, Power Point). Advanced Excel (exclusive) Ability to manage financial projections, indicators, evaluation of construction projects, accounting records thereof.
