, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new construction project opportunities that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with landowners, developers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure a steady pipeline of viable construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess new project acquisition opportunities (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure). Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Negotiate and manage contracts with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with legal, design, finance, and planning departments to ensure smooth acquisition processes. Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management. Maintain a network of contacts in the real estate, construction, and local government sectors. Monitor zoning, regulatory, and planning developments that may impact potential projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project acquisition, land acquisition, or business development within the construction or real estate industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to identify and evaluate high-potential project opportunities. Knowledge of local zoning regulations, permitting processes, and real estate trends. Proficiency in project management and CRM software tools.
