Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities, quotations, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
Plan and manage employee schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project and operational needs.
Participate in sales meetings with clients, supporting the sales process and relationship management.
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables
Act as a liaison between sales, project teams, and clients
Maintain accurate sales and project documentation and reports
Monitor timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met
Assist with client communication, meetings, and status updates
Update CRM and project management systems
Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
