Job Description
- Carry out document control/admin services in line with the project services procedures.
- Use the company\xe2\x80\x99s electronic document management system to record all document work flows.
- Ensure all project related registers and databases are updated accurately.
- Interface with the client representatives (when necessary) on document management issues.
- Participate in project audits to demonstrate project records are well maintained for retention and in conformance with document control processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards of the company & best industrial practices.

- Min 3-7 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
