Carry out document control/admin services in line with the project services procedures.
Use the company\xe2\x80\x99s electronic document management system to record all document work flows.
Ensure all project related registers and databases are updated accurately.
Interface with the client representatives (when necessary) on document management issues.
Participate in project audits to demonstrate project records are well maintained for retention and in conformance with document control processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to quality standards of the company & best industrial practices.
