Key Responsibilities
Monitor project budgets, costs, and billing activities.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
Review contracts, change orders, and project-related financial documents.
Maintain project accounting records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Collaborate with project teams to track progress and resolve financial issues.
Support audits and financial reviews by providing required documentation.
Identify risks and recommend process improvements.
