Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
CNC 4-Axis Milling Operator
with strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge ofFanuc control systems
. The ideal candidate will be responsible forsetting up, operating, and maintaining
4-axis CNC milling machines to produceprecision metal components
.This role involves
interpreting engineering drawings
, optimizing machine performance, and ensuring all output meets strictquality standards
. The candidate should be capable of handling bothprogramming and operational
aspects of CNC machining.Qualifications & Skills Essential:
3-5 years
of hands-on experience operating and programmingCNC milling machines
(4-axis minimum). Proficiency withFanuc control units
, includingG-code and M-code
. Strong understanding ofmachining principles
, cutting tools, and materials (e.g.,aluminum, steel
). Ability toread and interpret engineering drawings
andperform part inspections
using precision measuring tools.Preferred:
Certificate or Diploma
inMechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
(or equivalent). Experience withCAD/CAM software
such asMastercam
,SolidCAM
, or similar. Background inaerospace
,automotive
, ormold-making
