Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the IT Strategy committee, Business and IT Project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and the Vendor Project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for all Program streams ensuring Program goals are achieved.

Job Requirements

Education/Certification and Continued Education

• A relevant University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Years of Experience

• 15+ years of project/program management, with at least 5 years of experience of leading complex ERP transformations and/or cloud SaaS implementations with Integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.
• Previous experience in a program management role / implemented ERP SaaS solution across a multi-industry organization, across multiple functions (Corporate Finance, Retail, etc).

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager \xe2\x80\x93 PgMP\xc2\xae and PMP\xc2\xae (or similar) certifications would be an added advantage.
• Have strong knowledge of processes across multiple business functions.
• Successfully managed programs over several years in relevant business environment.
• Proven knowledge of technical, commercial and organizational issues that impact Program strategy and planning.
• Thorough understanding of project/Program management techniques and methods.

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the Program delivery of the business Functional Requirements, delivery of the Integrations, data warehousing and Reporting plans, bringing over historical data, Data protection, Security, Legal T&Cs delivery, Change management, questions around the implementation approach, clarifications on Infrastructure and Network impact, Governance models, SI resource plans, ATG resourcing requirements advised by the vendor to ensure implementation success, SAP and Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s plan to underwrite a successful project implementation, etc.
• Drive the focus on delivery of Vanilla system and processes.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and design the Program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiate appropriate corrective action.
• Define the Program\'s governance arrangements.
• Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the Program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the Program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other Programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards.
• Manage the Program\'s budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the Program progresses.
