Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary team of consultants to deliver successfully the task orders and the programme in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Company
Develop, implement, and monitor the overall programme as well as individual task order budgets and schedules
Provide subject matter advisory at executive levels of government (candidate to specify their areas of expertise and previous experience acting in a similar role)
Health, Safety and Environmental performance
Client liaison and management
Day to day management of KBR staff
Project management reporting to the Client.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Degree and/or Master's qualification in an appropriate field. MBA would be considered advantageous
Overall relevant advisory consulting experience 25+ years, with a minimum of 10 years in the Middle East region to include major projects
Professional memberships and charterships
Sound knowledge of all aspects of a major advisory consulting assignment. Candidate to advise their specific knowledge areas in their application.
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Fluency in English language both written and spoken, Arabic speaking definitely advantageous.
