Job Title:

Program Specialist Net Core & CRM / Power Platform

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET / Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong background in developing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of programming experience using .NET - with a preference for those experienced in .NET Core - as well as a solid foundation in X++ and Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, including training and managing team members.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

+ Design and develop robust enterprise solutions using .NET technologies, including .NET Core.
+ Develop both traditional "heavy code" applications and modern low-code solutions on Power Platform.

CRM & Power Platform Expertise:

+ Utilize X++ and Dynamics 365 CRM to build and customize solutions.
+ Effectively apply CRM features to meet and exceed departmental needs.
+ Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance CRM functionality.

Team Leadership and Training:

+ Mentor and train the current team on Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, and related technologies.
+ Manage and oversee programming tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.

System Integration & Automation:

+ Integrate various systems and automate business processes to streamline operations.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems.

Modernization and Cloud Solutions:

+ Lead initiatives for application modernization, working with cloud solutions (primarily Azure).
+ Leverage Kubernetes and microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

+ Minimum 5 years of programming experience with .NET; experience with .NET Core is highly preferred.
+ Proficient in programming with X++ and Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with both heavy code development and low-code environments.

Certifications:

+ Preferably holds at least one certification in .NET, Dynamics CRM, or Power Platform.

Integration & Automation:

+ Strong ability to integrate multiple systems and automate business processes effectively.

Modernization & Cloud Skills:

+ Experience in application modernization, particularly with cloud solutions from Azure.
+ Familiarity with Kubernetes and building microservices.

Team Management:

+ Proven experience in training, managing, and leading technical teams.
