Program Manager
will provide leadership and guidance to establish foundational principles and frameworks for the program and spearhead the setting of program objectives that resonate with the strategic ambitions of the organization..
Essential:
ITIL v4 PMP/Prince 2/Six Sigma BS in Computer Science Proven experience in IT and digital fields Proven Smart island Implementation Experience
Desirable:
Master's in information systems Yellow Six Sigma
Essential:
8 years' experience in IT Program Management Proven Smart Island Implementation Experience
Desirable:
5 years' experience in managing an ITIL service desk 2 years' experience in change management procedures
Essential:
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong Project Management skills i.e. MS Project Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers Proven working experience as a project manager in Digital Technology Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong service skills in managing relationships
