Driving multiple strategic programs from planning to execution with full accountability Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment across departments and partners Identifying roadblocks before they happen - and solving them fast Managing budgets, timelines, and reporting with precision and speed Taking initiative daily - not waiting for instructions
You Are:
Experienced: 5+ years in program or project management (healthcare, wellness, or hospitality a big plus) Proactive: You take initiative, follow up, follow through, and lead without micromanagement Solution-Oriented: You love solving problems, not pointing fingers Organized & Driven: You manage complexity with clarity and never drop the ball Confident Communicator: You speak up, ask smart questions, and push for results
Bonus Points:
PMP or PgMP certified Experience with healthcare operations in the UAE Bilingual
