DESCRIPTION We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic cross-border commerce initiatives, driving international expansion and optimization of our global marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi-functional programs to expand and optimize cross-border trade operations across multiple regions Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for international marketplace growth, working closely with business, technical, and regional teams Drive end-to-end program management including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate international trade regulations and ensure adherence to local requirements Oversee integration with global payment systems, logistics partners, and customs processes Lead program governance and establish metrics to measure success and business impact Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years managing complex international commerce initiatives Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs with significant business impact Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, international trade, and supply chain management Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication Preferred Qualifications: MBA or master's degree in relevant field PMP or similar program management certification Experience with marketplace platforms and international payment systems Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance Proficiency in multiple languages Experience working in global tech companies or e-commerce platforms Required Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical and data-driven decision making Excellence in project planning and execution Risk management and mitigation Outstanding communication and presentation skills Ability to influence without direct authority Strong leadership and team management capabilities Impact and Scope: Lead programs with $10M+ annual impact Manage multiple workstreams across 5+ countries Work with VP and Director-level stakeholders Drive strategic initiatives affecting global business operations Influence product and technology roadmaps BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
