Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and quality assurance of all academic programs. This role ensures academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and the effective delivery of curriculum, while leading and mentoring academic staff to support institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the strategic planning, development, and evaluation of academic programs and curricula. Ensure all academic offerings comply with accreditation standards and educational regulations. Manage the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance assessment of faculty members. Analyze student performance data and implement initiatives for academic improvement. Work closely with department heads to elevate instructional quality and learning outcomes. Establish and enforce academic policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols. Promote innovative teaching strategies, including the use of digital learning platforms. Represent the institution during academic audits, regulatory evaluations, and external reviews. Oversee the development and coordination of academic calendars, schedules, and assessments. Lead initiatives to improve student engagement, retention, and academic support services.

Qualifications & Experience:

5-8 years of proven experience in academic leadership or education management. Master's or Doctorate in Education or a relevant discipline. Comprehensive knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated success in leading academic teams and initiatives. Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
