This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of interconnected digital projects. You will provide strategic leadership, managing interdependencies and ensuring that the collective delivery of projects achieves the organization's broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination and management of multiple related projects (program) to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Establish program governance frameworks, including standard reporting structures and decision-making hierarchies. Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of program status, risks, and benefits. Resolve conflicts and manage dependencies between projects within the program portfolio. Monitor program budgets and resource allocation across multiple workstreams to optimize delivery efficiency. Drive value-add initiatives and innovation within the program to enhance overall project success. Ensure compliance with corporate quality assurance procedures and industry standards across the program.

Requirements

5-15 years of experience Extensive experience in program management, preferably within large-scale digital transformation contexts. Demonstrated ability to scale contracts and manage large infrastructure or resource requirements. Strong strategic thinking and change management skills. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership.

Bonus

PgMP (Program Management Professional) or MSP certification. Experience leading digital programs for government or semi-government entities. MBA or relevant advanced degree.
