Job Description

#

Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of LoB projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers.*
Key KPIs include:*
+ Accumulative subordinates PM's KPI's
+ Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs.

Manage a number of projects and take responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of a number of customer projects Prepare Program plans, and review them with the Program Manager from the client's side. Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved. Follow-up the final acceptance for the whole program. Monitor the program invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client. Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager. Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customer, as needed. Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers. Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.

Technical Skills

Previous experience in ITS programs in Egypt.


PMP certified (or equivalent)


MBA is a plus.
