Job Description
Program Manager (PGM) - Cairo
Overview:
Lead all IT and business technology programs for the Cairo site, ensuring smooth infrastructure, secure operations, and alignment with global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive IT program governance, project delivery, and transformation initiatives. Manage infrastructure, network, and end-user systems. Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. Handle applications, ITIL-based service delivery, and vendor performance. Manage budgets, procurement, and team leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT/CS (Master's preferred). 10-15 years in program/project management with IT leadership experience. Strong knowledge of infrastructure, EUC, cybersecurity, and cloud (Azure/AWS). PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL v4/Agile preferred. * English required; Arabic preferred.
