Job Description

Location: UAE (On-site)

Contract Duration: 11 to 12 months (extendable based on business requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules

-Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes

-Track project deliverables and update status reports.

-Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.

-Support communication between project stakeholders.

-Help identify and escalate risks and issues.

-Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environments

-Adept at PMO activities, leading UAT, production launches, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver and followed Agile methodology to execute projects and tracking project status using Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project)

Profile Requirements:

-Senior Project manager experienced with end to end Project delivery and C-level senior management reporting (IT/Business Steering Committee

-PMP or equivalent certification

-Work experience of banking sector in UAE in the area of Payments/Core.

-Experience in Limit management system, Data Warehouse, Automation related projects is a plus.

-Ensure programs meet all regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements (e.g., SWIFT, KYC/AML).

-Familiarity with compliance mandates (CBUAE, FATF, KYC/AML) and cybersecurity standards

-Should have a technical background (IT related) with understanding of technologies like cloud, ETL tools etc.

-Min. 16 years of Banking experience out of which 6-7 years with UAE based Banks is preferable.

Soft Skills:

-Understanding of technical as well functional requirements

-Strong communication skills

-Early risk identifications/mitigation planning

-Experience of matrix management of both on-shore/offshore.

-Proven experience of managing scope / dynamic priorities
