Mark Williams is partnered with a global entity who is searching for a Program Director to lead their major digital transformation!
Role:
As Program Director, you will be responsible for managing a full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment, overseeing all phases from strategy through to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale ERP transformation using SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure seamless delivery across finance, procurement & HR modules.
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.
- Report to executive steering committees and manage program risks proactively.
Requirements:
- Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Deep understanding of finance, procurement & HR modules, including key terminology and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills - you can present, negotiate, and influence at C-Suite and Board level.
- Strong program governance, risk management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
