As we scale, we are seeking a skilled Professional Trader to join our team and contribute directly to the firm's growth and client performance.

Key Responsibilities

Execute trades across forex, commodities, indices, and other instruments using both technical and fundamental analysis. Develop and implement short-term and long-term trading strategies to maximize portfolio profitability. Conduct detailed technical analysis using charts, indicators, and patterns. Monitor real-time market data, economic releases, and geopolitical events that impact trading activities. Provide daily/weekly technical reports and actionable trading insights for management. Manage risk through stop-loss, leverage control, and position sizing strategies. Collaborate with management to optimize trading systems, tools, and portfolio strategies. (Optional) Train and guide junior team members on trading techniques and strategies. Stay updated with market trends, trading technologies, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven professional trading experience in forex and global markets. Strong knowledge of technical indicators, charting tools, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5, TradingView, Bloomberg, etc.). Solid understanding of risk management, portfolio allocation, and trading psychology. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in fast-moving markets. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
