We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Telesales Supervisor
to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telesales and a solid background in customer service, particularly in the following sectors:
Visa services
Residency programs
Investment tourism packages
Company formation in Dubai
About the Role:
You will be provided with high-quality, pre-qualified leads on a daily basis. Your responsibility is to contact these potential clients, conduct professional sales conversations, and successfully close deals. This role focuses purely on sales - no lead generation or marketing duties are required.
Key Responsibilities & Required Experience:
Proven experience in telesales and team supervision
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's business environment and market culture
Strong knowledge of business setup procedures (DED and Free Zones)
Experience in managing the full sales cycle - from lead to contract
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Ability to train, evaluate, and motivate telesales agents
Professional handling of customer objections and negotiation
Coordination with marketing and operations departments
Preparing reports and analyzing sales KPIs
Managing sales strategy and execution
Attendance at industry events and exhibitions as needed
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
Expert in telesales strategies and techniques
Hands-on experience in visa, residency, and business setup services in UAE
Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvements
Knowledge of digital sales tools and CRM systems
Competency in creating tailored sales proposals
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation concepts (preferred)
Fluent in English (primary business language); Arabic, French, or Persian is a plus

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional approach to conflict resolution and objection handling
