As a Professional Services Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing complex projects across various sectors within out Consulting portfolio of offerings. Your expertise in project management methodologies, leadership skills, and strategic thinking will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes to our customers.

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and execute project plans, manage defined scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and approved contracted statement of works.
• Apply project management methodologies as prescribed by Dell and appropriate to different project contexts, tailoring your experience while adhering to the core methodologies approach to meet client needs. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster strong long-term client relationships by maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, and providing transparent project status updates. Monitor and manage project budgets, costs and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while adhering to financial targets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, facilitating collaboration and communication among all project participants.

Essential Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English
• 12 to 18 years of related experience
• Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies
• Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, costs, planning and SOW requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors

Desirable Requirements

• Industry technical certifications
• Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, BCDR, Multicloud, Security and Workforce
