Job Summary

• Achieve and exceed revenue and other set KPI targets in by developing and upselling to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segments (Hospitality, Event Serve, Housekeeping) to contribute to the success of COMPANY in delivering commercially-viable events.
• Actively identify and convert leads, and be the focal point for these venues across the wider sales force, continuously research market trends along with competitor activity, consistently grow client database by pro-active relationship management and research on new opportunities and partnerships, recommend and implement sales strategy to remain ahead of competition for the retention and growth of the market share.
• Take the lead in developing sales strategy and marketing COMPANY to build awareness and position them in the market as the prime choice for both private and corporate events.
• To manage the relationship with the external venue owners and follow-up on any works / task to be fulfilled as per established budget to ensure that the venues are ready for events confirmed by COMPANY.
• To facilitate and report on Forecast/Actual Revenues vs. Budget figures across all sales teams selling events at those whose calendar is exclusively managed by company as well as where the company has a service delivery contract with an external partner
• Cascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients' expectations.
• Provide input to the budgeting process based on the past achievements and current market trends in order to build realistic and challenging budgets based on continuous growth and corporate strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have a bachelor's degree in related field (Masters would be preferred)
• Must have minimum 5- 7 years of work experience in hospitality/hotels/ catering.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English language.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
