This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home working with in person collaboration. You'll be expected to attend the Dubai office three days per week to support team connection and operational needs.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Professional Membership Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for candidates and members as they progress through their professional journey.
Acting as an ambassador for RICS, you'll provide expert advice across multiple membership pathways, ensuring high quality support and engagement at every touchpoint.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to member and candidate enquiries across phone, email and live chat within agreed service levels
- Offering guidance on membership and qualification pathways, promoting RICS products and services where relevant
- Maintaining accurate member data and updating internal systems to ensure data quality
- Building positive relationships with internal teams such as Finance to resolve member queries including billing
- Following data protection standards and best practice when handling personal information
- Contributing to improvements by testing and providing feedback on new systems and processes
Please Note: This role is advertised externally as Professional Membership Advisor to reflect its responsibilities and market alignment. Internally, it is known as Member Support.

- Experience in a customer facing or membership focused role, ideally within a professional or regulatory body
- Clear and confident communication skills across different platforms and with diverse audiences
- A thoughtful and organised approach to managing tasks and priorities
- The ability to stay calm and solution focused when handling complex or sensitive queries
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A willingness to learn and grow through training, feedback, and collaboration
