We are seeking skilled and professional Female Massage Therapists to join our pre-opening Wellness Center. The ideal candidates should be passionate about delivering high-quality massage services, adaptable to client preferences, and able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of specialized massage therapies tailored to individual client needs.
Assess client preferences and adjust techniques accordingly to ensure a personalized experience.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment in treatment areas.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide professional advice when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service and uphold company standards of wellness and hospitality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certification, diploma, or degree in massage therapy or related field (preferred, an advantage).
Proven experience in delivering professional massage services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt massage styles to suit different client needs.
Professional appearance, reliability, and customer-focused attitude.
Must be available to join within 10 days.
