• HCC workstreams

o Sample plans for Selfcare & professional brands (build with manager, fill sample order forms with CS, consolidate, track sampling activity by HCP speciality)

o Activations with HCPs. Ensuring all necessary documents are received from distributor medical rep teams, filing them to Kenvue HCC, raising & releasing PO, and post event HCC reconciliation - with Kenvue HCC support.

o HCP Event planning eg conference - Manage end to end execution of HCP events across all brands, , in line with agreed plan with manager.

• Develop and execute HCP giveaways, brand reminders, etc.. working with agencies to design, sourcing from vendors, follow up on release to countries, raising PO to vendors and ensuring they are delivered to markets on time, in line with agreed plan with manager.

• Supporting in execution of professional activations

• Reports the field force deployment metrics/KPIs to manager in coordination with manager and CRM team.

• Field visits shadowing medical reps - learning as well as coaching & evaluating based on a set of criteria.

• Supporting on Selfcare campaign execution where needed

• Managing new mother sampling on baby with the support of the brand lead

Potential development areas:

• Working and co-ordinating efforts through teams, building team management/leadership capabilities.

• Healthcare compliance expertise.

2: Marketing intern (Influencer & BME management)

• Execution of an influencer calendar for full year campaigns across brands driving synergy across brands

• Work with brand leads to adapt and deliver influencer briefs and development.

• Direct maintenance of all influencer relationships with influencers and lead all communications, including facilitating their questions in a timely fashion while linking up with brand leads to ensure effective management of Influencer activity.

• Provide ongoing reviews of contracted influencers\' deliverables: budget tracking and planning.

• Managing influencer communications by leading end-2-end influencer campaigns with support from the brand leads

• Manage the organic influencer program including identification of 300 influencers, contracting, seeding kits, briefing and content tracking.

• Influencer recruitment: Ongoing identification and qualification of influencer talent based on campaign needs

• Negotiate, internal signs off with Legal and Privacy (where needed) contracts of influencers.

• Report on influencer performance (organic and paid) through preparation of analytical reports according to the obtained results and submission of suggestions to improve work processes.

• PO creation for marketing department

• Supporting brand leads on monthly BME tracking
