Mr. Nice Drive Limousine LLC is hiring
experienced Limousine Drivers with a hospitality mindset
to join our premium fleet in Dubai.THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Who we are looking for:
Provide a
high-level hospitality and customer service experience
to passengers Operate luxury vehicles usingride-hailing and booking platforms
(Uber, Careem, airport transfers, VIP trips) Maintain excellent knowledge ofDubai roads, routes, and key locations
Ensure vehicles are keptextremely clean and in excellent condition
Start and complete work shiftson time
Accept and fulfill all incoming trip orders professionally FollowUAE traffic laws and RTA regulations
Mandatory requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory - no exceptions)
Minimum2 years driving experience in the UAE
Previouslimousine, chauffeur, taxi, or hospitality driving experience
Basic English skills (speaking and reading) Well-groomed, professional appearance Ability to work under pressure Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPackage (FIXED - NO NEGOTIATION):
AED
2000 fixed basic salary
Uncapped commission
based on trips completedTotal monthly earnings can exceed AED 5,000
depending on performanceFree accommodation
