Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Design:

Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on project needs. This involves creating illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos either by hand or using specialized software.

Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, copywriters, marketing teams, and creative directors to produce the final design, incorporate feedback, and ensure the design aligns with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

Project Management:

Schedule projects, manage workloads, prioritize tasks, define budget constraints, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Production and Quality Assurance:

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for approval, making revisions based on feedback. Prepare final layouts and graphics for various media (print, web, social media) and coordinate with outside vendors/printers as necessary to ensure high-quality output.

Trend Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve design output and propose innovative solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Technical SkillsProficiency in graphic design software
