A company in Kuwait is looking to hire a Professional Full Stack Developer (Full-time) to become the founding technical lead and take full responsibility for building and maintaining the companyaEUR(TM)s digital systems. The companyaEUR(TM)s first priority is to develop a custom system for managing loan installments and investment portfolios, along with an initial Arabic-language website, followed by additional systems to support business growth.

Responsibilities: . Develop a complete system to manage installments and investment portfolios. . Build the companyaEUR(TM)s website in Arabic with a professional interface. . Design and manage databases and hosting. . Troubleshoot and solve technical issues. . Provide regular system maintenance. . Use AI tools to accelerate and improve development. . Contribute to the development of other digital solutions to support the business.

Requirements: . Strong experience in building full systems and websites (Back-End & Front-End). . Advanced knowledge in database management and hosting. . Experience in system maintenance and debugging. . Familiarity with AI-powered development tools. . Good command of English (reading, writing, communication). . Active, creative, and ambitious personality capable of leading the technical side from the ground up.

Hiring Process: . Initial online interview via Zoom or Google Meet to assess technical skills and seriousness. . If approved, the candidate will be invited on a paid visit to Kuwait (1-2 months) to test real work performance. . Upon successful evaluation, the candidate will return home to finalize paperwork and then come back under a permanent employment contract.
