Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
- Building and repackaging bikes (installing components such as brakes or gears, shifters, chains, tires, and seats).
- Good knowledge of bicycle servicing end to end (cleaning the chain and lubricating moving parts to prevent wear and tear).
- Ability to check and provide solutions for a damaged bicycle.
- Quality control checks.
- Service report writing.
- Should have knowledge to use handheld / power tools.
- Responsible for inventory control, ordering spares & tools.
- Building customer rapport.
- Following safety regulations when performing repairs and services to ensure the safety of customers.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field required.
- Educational qualification : High school
- Knowledge on bike mechanics and fittings systems.
- Formal training/certs an asset.
- Knowledge of bicycle components.
- Problem solving creativity
- Good communication skill in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
- Should be physically fit
