We are looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman cum Site Supervisor with experience in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil shop drawings and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills, AutoCAD certification, and proven on-site supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. Draft construction drawings and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Conduct site inspections, coordinate works, and ensure drawings are implemented correctly on-site. Supervise and support site activities to ensure quality and safety standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for design clarifications and project coordination. Maintain records and documentation for site progress and drawing revisions. Handle day-to-day site issues and provide technical solutions on-site.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (with valid AutoCAD Certification). Minimum 4-5 years of experience in drafting MEP and Civil drawings. Experience in fit-out, steel works, and/or hospital equipment installation is a plus. Strong site supervision and coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driver's license

(mandatory). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
