The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the
Product Life-cycle, including: defining the product concept and vision, discovering and
prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with the Engineering teams,
supporting Sales & Business development and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer
satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager\xe2\x80\x99s job includes ensuring that the product
supports the company\xe2\x80\x99s and the Customer\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy and goals. Implements SiTech
Product & Project Governance procedures. the Product manager also has some more tactical responsibilities of setting and
tracking Project plans and working closely with Support teams.The Product Manager will define
what the product team delivers and when, creating a project timeline and schedule for
implementation. That means making a release plan, which will feature actionable feedback and
ideas, as well as prioritizing the product features. Works with Support to receive and act on
feedback from the field.
Product Management, Requirements Analysis, Product Development, Project Management,
Pricing, Planning, Project tracking, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Financial Planning
and Strategy Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager/ Project Manager

• Demonstrated success defining, tracking, and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Communicates effectively with the Customer
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Demonstrated Technical competency, with at least a pragmatic understanding of modern

cloud-based software architecture, development frameworks, REST architectural and
APIs, web design and front end technologies, knowledge of containerization (e.g.,
Docker), orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, knowledge of relational
databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
