Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of event production and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Monitor and manage the movement of materials and inventory used for events.
Coordinate with event teams to ensure timely setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles and transport logistics run efficiently.
Implement and maintain operational SOPs to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide proactive solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in production and warehouse management, preferably in events, especially weddings.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
