Reports to: Production Manager Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Oral Solid Dosage. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications. Roles & Responsibilities: a. Responsible for operating and maintaining the production machinery, equipment and other related machinery used in the process of compression and capsule filling in the manufacturing of oral solid dosage pharmaceuticals. b. Responsible for executing the compression & capsule filling process as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch instructions. c. Responsible in the process of deviations or equipment malfunctions, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize production downtime and maintain product quality. d. Ensure that the production process adheres to established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring and controlling critical process parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and mixing time, to maintain product quality and consistency. e. Maintain accurate and detailed records of the process, including batch documentation, logbooks, and production reports. f. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment and the surrounding area to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting. g. Strictly adhere to safety procedures, such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Also ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Competencies: a. Accountability b. Industry Knowledge - Relevant experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry, c. Business Acumen - such as FDA guidelines, cGMP, and other industry standards. Health authority inspections and third-party audits. d. Understanding of manufacturing processes and / or quality systems element. e. Problem Solving f. Communication g.
